“We had a great stay! The place is nice and close to the town area, making it really convenient. It had just the right amount of space for our family and the kids loved having plenty of room to play out back. The house was very clean and tidy. The beds were super comfy and the pillows were amazing. Lisa was really helpful and quick to respond, not just when we were booking but throughout our entire stay. Definitely recommend”

- Self check-in via secure key safe
- Maximum 6 guests
- No parties or events
- No smoking inside the property
- Outside pets only (assistance animals always welcome)
- Take all rubbish with you or dispose of it before departure
Cancellation policy
- More than 30 days before arrival
- A $50 administration fee applies. The balance of amounts paid is refunded.
- Less than 30 days before arrival
- 20% of the booking price plus a $50 administration fee is retained. The balance is refunded.
- Within 14 days of arrival
- 50% of the booking price plus a $50 administration fee is retained. The balance is refunded.
- Within 7 days of arrival
- 75% of the booking price plus a $50 administration fee is retained. The balance is refunded.
- Within 48 hours of arrival
- The full booking payment is retained and no refund is payable, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Reducing your nights
- A minimum $30 amendment fee applies. If the booking is reduced by 50% or more, the cancellation policy above applies.
