Hi, I’m Lisa

I live here in Port Lincoln, and I look after both Cozy Rentals houses myself. What started as one spare family home has turned into something I genuinely love doing, setting up a place so that people arriving after a long drive can just walk in, put the kettle on and relax.

Guests come to us for all sorts of reasons: a family holiday, a fishing trip, a work stint, or a vet appointment with a much-loved dog. Whatever brings you down, my job is to make the staying part easy, clear check-in instructions, a secure yard, and someone local at the other end of the phone.

Step 1

Pick your dates and guest numbers and send the request. Nothing is charged at this point.
Step 2
Lisa confirms within 24 hours
I check the dates against both houses and reply personally, usually much sooner than 24 hours.
Step 3
Card charged, details sent
Once confirmed your card is charged and your check-in instructions arrive by email.

Requests that are not confirmed within 48 hours are released automatically, so your dates never sit on hold indefinitely.
